I slammed it between the bathroom stall do it and the frame. I may have forgotten my finger was there and it seems I used my whole body weight to close the door. I watched it turn black and blue. It was down by the cuticle but it s like a circle of bruising. Mostly on the left side but it does touch either corner.

I'm a Canadian city girl, and it has been my DREAM for YEARS now to visit and LIVE in New Orleans. Every time I think about it, my heart hurts, that's how bad I yearn to go there. However, when I brought up the topic to one of my friends he told me that it's sinking...I went online and tried to do some research but I kept getting that blasted song "New Orleans is Sinking" by Tragically Hip. So, anyone from NOLA have any information on this? Is it worth the move from Toronto to New Orleans?I absolutely LOVE the rich history and culture of the city...I know more about the History of New Orleans than I do my own city. I love the accent ESPECIALLY when the men say "baby" lol...It also doesn't hurt that my favorite artist August Alsina is from there. <3

While in high school and I've been to a few..I've noticed that Somali girls are EXTREMELY loud and talk super fast when they're with each other. And when they laugh, no offense but they sound like a pack of Hyenas...and then Sudanese and Eritrean and Ethiopian girls are quiet?

I my nose pierced December 31, 2012 and when I first got it I had a surgical steel stud in (or so they said) I used the gun (highly not recommended) and for the first few days the piercing would slid out (not completely) and I would push it back in, a few months later I had a bump on the outside, I thought it was a pimple so I popped it, and it kept coming back, then eventually it disappeared and now I have a bump on the inside of my nose and a black ring around where the nose stud was. I have changed it multiple times and the one I have now I believe is stainless steel, I took it out 2 days ago to see if the discolouration will go away, now I think the hole for the piercing is gone, I also sometimes get crust on the inside on the lump and have to force my nose ring in once I've taken it out (I take it out during face washing). Will this discolouration go away? Or will I have to bleach it? P.S. I'm a black female.

Hello , I am a Afro-Canadian (17) female, and I'm DYING to learn Japanese. I put "Japanese" in quotes in the title because I'm not too sure that that's the right title to use..just like you don't speak "Chinese", it's Cantonese, Mandarin, etc.

So, I've downloaded apps on my iPhone, I've even printed some words to try and read, but I simply cannot teach myself. T_T. Would it be better for me to actually go to Japan and learn more there, or should I get a tutor? Is it hard to learn? Or am I "challenged"?

I'm 17..and my mother just told me that she has been diagnosed with Connective Tissue Disorder. She's going on 50 this fall..she won't tell me anything more, but I need to know what it is. I've read up on it, but I still can't make sense of it all. She needs to see her doctor for "more info" and she hasn't told me which one she has. I read that it could lead to lupus, and some other things..I'm scared beyond normal because I just lost a friend like 2 weeks ago and I'm not ready to go to another funeral. Especially my own mother's. I just want to know:

life expectancy?

Curable?

Can you live a normal life with it?

Will you forever have pain?

Can quitting smoking help tremendously with her health?

Will she forget me?

Will she heal??

Please go into great detail, making it as simple as possible. I'd like to k is what's going on with my mom so that I can help her and cope better.

Why do some think/say that they are not "black", like I understand the DNA whatever they're Caucasian, but their skin colour is rarely ever white, the only think I've seen that's rally white about them is their noses. Their hair is wavy (some I've seen with nappy hair) most if not all of the women's bodies, most that i've seen have thick lips and dark skin. What's the problem? Also, if you are asked on a test to identify whether or not you're black, which would you choose? African American or Caucasian? Wouldn't you get in trouble for choosing the latter? I don't really care, but I'm really confused as to what you'd do. One of my best friends is from Kenya and she considers herself black. What's the struggle? I've been told that Eritreans have black and Arab admixture , but still deny being black. Don't you are how offensive that is to other black people? You can't really get mad at them for getting mad at you for Denton half of yourself. I am quite ignorant on this topic..Which is why I've come to ask. Correct me if I'm wrong and please refrain from using foul language. If East Africans are "Caucasian" but look black, but aren't black..then doesn't this mean we should make a new race? I've even heard Sudanese people say that they are not black. Not offense, but I was shocked because they are just as dark..if not some are darker than people from the Caribbean and other parts of Africa.

Should I believe what they say? Something that they said hasn't come true..some dude just started talking about it and I'm still skeptic.. I don't want to believe it, because it'll make me just as paranoid as the whole 2012 thing. Serious answers only please.

Does this mean that among those left behind only the 144,000 could enter heaven? Also does the mark of the beast happen before or after the rapture? Could you also explain what the rapture is? Are we living in it? Because apparently the mark of the beast is already being distributed to animals.

My face has broken out! Like really bad, it never used to break out, but I'd have the odd small pimple here and there, WHY, oh WHY am I breaking out now?! It's even under my chin! It's so gross, I wanna wear a paper bag over my head and become the new paper bag princess. Please help me? What should I do to clear it up? What foods should I eat and products for my face, even the water temperature. I'm stressing out! T_T

To have a combination of head shapes? I've got a square jaw (which I absolutely hate!), but a circular hairline. IMO, I don't think square faces look nice on females, it makes us look manly and we don't have many cute hairstyles to choose from. I think straight bangs and hair looks so cute! but i have to avoid it because the cuts are too blunt, so i can't do it without looking like a tranny..:'( it's SO depressing! It also gives the illusion that we've got huge heads! And flat chins -__-' I've got relaxed hair, it's shoulder length, but I don't think there is much that can be done to hide my face shape. Is there a surgery that can change it?

It's inside of my nose. Is it infected?

I'm looking in the mirror now and my pupils are going insane. They're growing from small to big...really fast and my eyes feel funny, like I can't concentrate, my glands are swollen and I can't swallow or breathe properly. When I close my eyes I see bright flashing lights (not the normal ones) and weird abstract patterns. My mind & heart are racing and I feel giddy. What's wrong with me?

Ps- I just got my nose done yesterday and I wear glasses. Should I go to the hospital?
