My daughters paternal grandfather is seeking legal guardianship of my daughter and not honoring our verbal agreement. I am currently in school for a trade and my fiance is working in management in a pool supply store. As a unit we would like to appear in court together about this situation.

Would the California courts accept this as we are engaged or do we have to just up and get married? Or would they not allow it either way?

He seems to think that the dogs are mine now because theyre taken with me. I dont want a pet. This isnt the main issue but to kind of let you know who im dealing with.

He lets the puppies(2) out everyday in the front yard that doesnt have a gate. Then he comes in the house and every time tells me he is going to put this dog away here and another in the back yard then hes going out. Well ive got a three year old so im taking his word for it. Im not about to herd a bunch of dogs when I have a three year old to get ready for her day and me mine. Knock knock neighbors bring the dogs over and who do they see? Me. Not my dogs but in the eyes of the neighborhood im the bad dog owner. Roomie is always out at the gym, a friends house or best yet at work! Only once was he home but he so graciously lets me get the door.

On top of all that his puppies peed all over my area rug in a matter of a week leaving my livingroom(we each have our own) with an aroma that makes one light headed.

My aunts home was foreclosed on in recent years and i am planning on starting my way into receiving the title through adverse possession. Ive done a lot of research on the adverse possession requirements in california. Ive done some research on the house and now even know who owns it and looking further into the matter i am feeling more ready to stay put at all cost.

BOfA was handling the finances on the house and my aunt fell behind on the payments. well guess who owns the house now? Bank of New York Mellon. Yup, Wall st owns my house. Im not entirely sure how often the bank would be out to inspect the house if at all. I still have not had any notices posted and am taking better care of the house than my family was. One of my neighbors is a realtor and she like to see the neighbors she has stay put and not have empty beat down houses scattered around the block. She and i have spoken about appraising the house to hopefully lower the property tax seeing as the last appraisal was four years ago and the property has gone way down hill since. (she tried to help another woman in our neighborhood keep her house, that they later found out she was wrongfully forclosed on, but the woman had given up by then) I have a buddy who is a law student on her last year and she is willing to help me dig up whatever i can to legitimize my presence on the house and hopefully find out that the forclosure on this house was a part of the big issue with BOfA and Bank of New York a few years back where BOfA had been messing up on their forms, forgetting forms, and forging last minute forms while Bank of New York(the bank that bought my house) turned a blind eye knowing what was going on. The dates match up well enough and im hoping that my house was one of those mess ups.

If anyone has any information or helpful tips on the matter please share.

I know some people would find what im doing to be immoral but i find what the banks are doing to be immoral. Im Occupying this house!

When we first met he had a distinctively different pit smell than mine, and just recently he started to smell more and more like me. Now this has happened once before where I started getting closer with a guy and his pits started to match mine.

If you have anything to say about his wearing my deodorant you would be off base because I dont particularly like deodorant so I dont wear it.

What do you think or know could be causing this?

Okay. Ive had two smokes this pregnancy once when I was 4 and a half months and again today at 6 months. I needed to calm my blood and a shower wasnt doing the trick.

Now Im not freaking out er anything, Im sure my baby will be pure perfection but I would like to hear from other people opinions (mainly from people who have kids....though not chain smokers).

Personally I feel that it was better for my baby to have the smoke and quickly calm my body down rather than stew and stew and not be able to take it down a notch.

Im seriously wondering how this would work...

Please give me your theories or studies or whatever information you have to cure my curiosity.

Im thinking about doing the whole Mirena thing after I have my daughter but I would really like to know how you feel about the insertion of, the side affects that youve experienced, how often you have to see a doctor about it and just anything that you have experienced with your IUD.

With my first child, who weight 7.5, I didnt rip at all. All I had was a small scratch.

With my second child on the way I am a little scared that I can still rip during this one, even though I didnt with my first.

Do you think its less likely or undeterminable I could rip?

So heres the skinny.

I got physical with my ex and ended up destroying some of his property-video game system-. I went to jail for a month and am awaiting court hopefully for the last time.

While I was in jail I learned that I was pregnant. He found out after one of our mutual friends told him and he would like to be a part of the pregnancy(attend doctors appointments and watch the baby bump grow). I dont want to keep him from that. But in order for any of that to happen we have to get this no contact order lifted. How to?

IMPORTANT: I didnt ask SHOULD I so please no comments saying that "we are awful people for allowing ourselves to think that anything could ever be better and that the no contact order is in place for a reason". Please only give me HOW TO's.

I signed over temporary custody to my mother who said she would provide a safe environment for my son until I got settled in once I had moved.

Now I am ready to bring my son home to Alaska and a lot has gone on apparently since I left California. She is now under state supervision and my son cannot leave her care or else he will be permanently placed in foster care. I had no idea that any of this was going on. She never told me and now that I am ready to have my son come home I cant because she messed up(dont assume I am being harsh. Allowing a drug dealer(more than just weed) to live in your garage and grow massive amounts of pot in your backyard is pretty serious when youve promised a safe environment and all you gave is this.)

The living situation here in Alaska is way better suited for a small family. We are drug free and like it that way. How do I go through the states and get my son back after signing over temporary custody and not being kept in the loop as to what was going on with my own sons situation?

There is one thing i can compare the smell too is when my water broke when I had my son. It wasnt a bad smell and there was hardley any smell at all.

I personally dont like chick flix at all and love dick flix so my boyfriends answer would be that he loves that i enjoy dick flix. ( we kinda get a little romantic over them)

My boyfriend and I have decided to conceive. We would like to do this sooner rather than later and I was wondering:

If we have sex three times a day (that's just the way it happens is all no method) every day and we don't pull out are my chances of getting pregnant more likely or not affected?

I squirted...a lot. I hope. It didn't really smell like pee but in the jumping and embarrassment, after the fact, I know for sure I peed a little :)
