I have these two candidates running for President for a political thriller I am working on. The election is going to be close but ultimately one will win and have to deal with the oncoming global crisis.

Democratic Candidate: Retired Female Air Force Chief of Staff from Colorado, multiple tours in the Middle East. Her Husband is also retired Air Force, working as a consultant with a Defense contractor (possible scandal involving government contracts). Strong supporter of Defense budget increases, and continuation of the War on Terror (joined the Democrats due to family ties).

Republican Candidate: Practitioner in General Medicine from California, currently serving as a Representative in the House from his home district. Spent several years in the Peace Corps and Doctors Without Boarders. Recent allegations point to multiple affairs (no concrete evidence for or against) Favors Healthcare Reform and Nonintervention foreign policy, has difficulty in winning support from general party base (joined GOP due to fiscal policies) (only received nomination due to unprecedented support from LGBT voters in CA and TX due to Lesbian daughter).

Who do you believe would have the best chance of winning? Do these two candidates seem like they would have a close election?

I am working on a story and am considering a subplot idea (the story is a fantasy adventure series):

The main protagonist is a young adult woman who encounters and is eventually accompanied by a man who she was originally arranged to be married to, whom she abandoned at the alter (she was 16 at the time, while he was 19). He is not actively angry at her for this (all this happened nearly 3 years ago) but currently has no romantic interest in her and felt humiliated by what she did.

My question is, should I have these two characters eventually get together romantically as the series progresses or should they just remain as fellow adventurers? I can see the pros and cons of both of these options. Any feedback or suggestion would be most appreciated.

For example, when two presidents meet do they refer to each other as 'Mr. President' or are they less formal? I'm guessing it depends on each leader's individual disposition.

I want to start writing my own comics, I have most of my characters set up and a few villains to start with, but what I want to know is should I use real cities or fictional cities? I think both have their pros and cons.

Can you switch Department of Defense stickers from one car to another or do you have to do the process all over again for a different car? Both cars are still under the same owner.

I have this fictional country (with predominantly German heritage) in this comic that I write and I wonder what the capital should be called. I have it narrowed down to two ideas: Lowenstadt or Lowenburg. I want to keep the "Lowen" part.

I created this supporting character who is a 6 foot tall cage fighting woman from Africa, but I do not know what country she should be from, I have it narrowed down to two: Kenya or South Africa. Which would make for a more interesting background?

Is there a regulation on how high a unit can set its PT standards? I know 60 is the minimum but I've heard some units set the bar up to 80. What happens to a person who can't meet a higher PT standard than the one set out by the army?

I wear a stainless steel cross around my neck that my dad got for me on my 18th birthday. My mom told me I should wear it tucked in, but one day I did not have it tucked in and some people noticed and when I tried to tuck it back in they said I should keep it out.

What I want to know is, is it rude to wear my cross out in public? I personally prefer to keep it under my shirt but would the average joe find it offensive if I wore it out?

I am joining the Army, they will have me keep it tucked in, I am just asking for when I go out in public or am in a Business type setting.
