my friend is 40 yrs old male.He's into hotel business and currently renewing and expanding hotel rooms.since last 1 month he's always in some deep thoughts.When i ask him - he just says I've work realted tensions.He's also gained weight in last 2 months.Last week he talked to me about his life n all.he was teeling me tat he feels no excitement for his work.Feels like killing himself but for sake of kids and family he's alive.Nothing excites him at all.he's not able to sleep also.he use to enjoy running so much now he gets up for a jog and ends up just thinking of it.Should he visit a psychiatrist or psychotherapist ?

on an average if divorce case is filed on jan 2006, till when the result should be out ??? can a lady delay the procedure by not coming on the given court dates and court accepts it as she is a FEMALE ???

this man 'x:' got married 15 yrs back.Caught his wife sleeping with someone else 1 week after marriage.But coz of parental pressure settled down.He went for semen analysis n found he was suffering frm azoospermia.Now his wife tells him tat she's pregnant n he doesn't tell her abt d medical condition.They have 2 kids.She leaves hm after giving birth to second baby.He takes care of both the kids for 10 yrs.Now some one enters in Mr. x's life.He's in love with her.The kids dont like her.They run away to their mother.Now the mother wants money to give divorce n to return back the kids(as if they r non living things !!!)He hates his wife n doesn't want to give money.He chooses to go to court for divorce.

The question is abt the kids.He raised them like anything giving all his time n love n now wen he n his gf were thinking to put them into studies they rebelled.Before the gf came in his life he never forced anything on kids n they were spoiled of love n money.wat should he do.

help, iam 5 feets and weigh 58 kgs , i eat 1200 cal diet consisting of complex carbos, protien, 5 -6 servings of fruits, 12 glasses of water, exercising 6 days in week, workout consists 30 min cardio and 30 min resistance.Initially i lost weight but now since 6 months its not working.I tried all like increasing workout decreasing calories but nothing seems to work for the plateau pls help.now it seems i am losing confidence if i'll be able to overcome this plateau or not.
