do you get tried for murder with special circumstances and that gets held up the through the whole trial?? Like even though you didnt know that the person was a cop because they were off duty does that make a difference??

I have been smoking for 6 years and I am quitting.. I haven't smoked a cig since very early Tuesday morning. I'm not finding it that difficult. The first day I would crave one every now and then, but it's quickly gotten better and less and less. Like I not longer think about one while I'm driving... I don't wake up wanting one, I don't want one after I eat (probably because I don't stop eating!! lol). I'm doing this completely cold turkey.

Have any of you stopped smoking and found that the longer you go not smoking the harder it gets for a bit?? That's what someone told me.

He just stopped throwing up and the pain in his head and neck has gotten better and the fever is gone, but he is still feeling very crappy.. body aches all over.. the mono is still in full swing. Well he has only had it about a week now and tonight I was with him and we were kissing (i wasnt thinking). What do you think the odds of my getting it are?? And how long until I would know if I got it or not??

neck hurts so bad, its sensitive to the touch, and have been throwing up. Ate a popcicle and took my temp and it still read 102. Should I go to the ER or still just wait and see what happens. Havent eaten in 2 days and cant keep anything down at all but the popcicles. Also my head hurts VERY bad, i cant even move hardly or i get so dizzy.. feels like i got a cloud inside my head or something.. very weird.

I feel like I'm messed up in the head.. So in the last year I have been through my finace passing away, then my grandpa, and a miscarriage.. Then I meet this guy and I get so hung up on him and he is such an a*s but yet I can't seem to stop. He thinks that I'm a liar and lie to him every chance I get and I'm not lying to him about a damn thing and all I want to do is prove to him that he is wrong.. My fiance suffered from bipolar and ended up taking his own life and this guy, when stuff goes wrong with us brings that up and talks about it in such a negative way.. My finace hung himself at his house.. So me and this guy just got in a fight and he told me that he hopes that I die and wishes that I would kill myself by hanging myself in my garage.. It made me cry but yet in the end of it all i still want to prove to him that I've not been lying to him... What the hell is wrong with me!? I'm just venting and not really looking for an answer, but damn.. I've got some problems.

Ok.. So here is a little backstory. I'm 23 (almost 24) I was in a 5 year relationship and he passed away last May. First death of a close I had ever dealt with and it was sooo sudden. A month after that my grandpa died. Then I miscarried. When my fiance passed away I had quit my job to focus on healing myself.. I have had 3 jobs since then and gotten fired from all of them, and I have never in the passed been fired from a job ever. Also, I ended up meeting this guy and he captured my heart despite my not wanting anyone at this time and he is so back and forth with me and my feelings are constantly getting hurt, but yet I can't seem to stop and pull myself away and realize that that is the last thing I need. Here it is a year after my fiance passed away and I'm in such a worse spot than I was then.. financially, spiritually, mentally, physically. It just seems like my world has fallen apart and I dont know what to do to get it back on track. I don't know how much more I can take.

I took a pregnancy test because I have been feeling super crappy which is the same way I felt in my first pregnancy (ended in miscarriage). The pregnancy test came back neg, now my question is could it have been to early (would have been from around the 12th that i would have gotten pregnant) and if it's to early to get a positive, could I still be feeling crappy from being pregnant? Wait a week and retest?

So I suffered a miscarriage on December 11th 2007. I hadn't had my period at all until February 5th. Before I had gotten pregnant I had been charting my period on the really good website that tells like what days you are ovulating and stuff...Well the website said that I should ovulate around the 20th. I had a "normal" period until about the 15th and ever since then it's been very light. (i know that seems a long time to have a period but I hadnt had one for 6 months, doctor said that's normal) Anyhow, I've been spotting all week and have slept with my boyfriend quite a few times. My question is, even thought I was bleeding a little bit would I have still ovulated around the 20th and could I still get pregnant. A pregnancy would be a good thing, so no need to say should use protection and stuff like that just to let you guys know. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks :)

that they are in love with every single person that they date. I get so irritated when I see kids on here saying "i love him but he doesnt notice me" How the hell you love someone if he clearly doesn't even know a thing one about you!? Ugh! I'm 23 years old and I have only told two people that I love them and they have both been long relationships. I never told anyone when I was younger that I loved them cause I knew I didn't. Maybe this shouldn't bug me as much as it does, but I really cannot stand it.

Do you guys agree that when we were little that toys and cartoons were so much better?? I'm sitting here thinking of some of the toys that we used to play with and some of the cartoons that were on..They were all so much better. I miss Heathcliff!!

So I had a miscarriage the 11th of december and hadn't started my period yet. Yesterday i woke up and went to the bathroom and there was a little when i wiped and it was like that for most the day...only something when i went pee. Today i woke up and there was a little bit more than spotting so i put in a tampon and went about my business...It has been going abck and forth between hardly anything to a little bit (like one side of the tampon has blood on it) I'm not trying to give to much info...but have any of you had a period like this after your miscarriage?? If this is the way they are going to be from now on i say bring it on!! lol, i barely have cramps, hardly any bleeding...Only thing i could do without is the sore nipples. Anyways...Just curious as to how your first period was after your miscarriage...Anything like mine?

My hCG levels went completely back down to zero the beginning of January...Here it is a month later and no period. Me and my boyfriend have had unprotected sex since the levels have been back down so I thought maybe I ovulated and got pregnant again...Took pregnancy test and negative. The last time (before this weekend) that we had done that was the 19th and numerous times before that since my levels have been all the way down.....If I was pregnant again surely the test would come up positive by now, do you think?? Or maybe if I am my levels just havent reached a level where they are detectable by the home pregnancy test?? I'm just curious if any of you have had a miscarriage and about how long after yours did you have another period. I feel nothing like my period is to come soon (bloating, mood swings, break out on my face, nothing that is my normal period symptoms) except for about a week I have been having off and on cramps, usually i will start day after first cramp.

And my hCG has been back down to normal since the very beginning of January. I have still not gotten my period. Me and my boyfriend have slept together since then and I have taken a pregnancy test and it was neg. I took one about 2 weeks ago and then i just took one last friday, both negative....Have any of you had a miscarriage and if so how long after yours was it before you got your period back?? It's been almost two months, and im not showing any signs (cramps, bloating, breakout) of even getting ready to start!! Should I test again in a week?!?! I'm stumped.

I had a d&c on 12/11/07 at 7 weeks pregnant....Was having my levels checked and they have been back down to normal a week or so ago. I'm curious as to when i should expect my period. Ive been having unprotected sex so i know that they possiblity of not having it and getting pregnant is there...Do you usually ovulate before you start your period?? Do your levels ahve to be back down to 0 and you will ovulate right away. Last week i thought i was going to start cause i had a couple days of cramping, maybe that was ovulation??

So, miscarriage Dec. 11, 2007..Positive pregnancy test January 4th. Went to the doctor today and he said it was highly unlikely that any of my HcG levels would be remaining in my system from the d&c. Said it was more than likely a new pregnancy. Had a quantitive (sp?) hcg bloodtest done and go to have another one done on the 9th to make sure that my levels have doubled!! Keeping fingers crossed that everything will be ok!!!! I'm a smoker and i weigh 105 and im 5'41/2 was told to stop the cigs RIGHT NOW (duh) and do whatever to gain weight to make sure im as healthy as can be with this pregnancy and to greatly improve my chances of not miscarrying again.
