help!!! so I went live for a max period of time the first time and I tried to go live with people multiple times and I ended the live .but when it finally worked I went live with about 6 people and then my screen went black in the middle of my live and I got a message saying "Try again later we limit how often you can do certain things on instagram to protect our community" and im scared because I really don't want my account to get taken someone please help

Hello, I feel something is terribly wrong I am worried .so recently starting today I have been feeling the need to pee every 20 minutes it is clear and it looks normal but its odd.Also I stoped getting horny which is very odd being a teen. I feel like I over masturbated to much and maybe I damaged something?
