Someone I know got a citation for less than an ounce of marijuana and paraphernalia - while driving in Nebraska, after a simple traffic violation. The fines are $100 each (only a warning for the traffic violation), and got everything confiscated.

Nebraska has decriminalized marijuana laws. The ticket says "Uniform Citation and Complaint", which I've translated online to a Civil Citation.

I've got a few questions, I did some research online but I'm looking for someone who may have had experience with this or knows the laws better than I do.

1. Since I believe this is just a Citation, it shouldn't go on their criminal record, right? They had none going into it, they're worried they have a smudge now. Along the same lines, would this affect their ability to get a job? Can employers see that? What about the fact it's out-of-state?

2. And it is a serious question: What happens if they don't pay it or show up for court? Would they call up their state and look for them or revoke their license? Would they just be not welcome in Nebraska anymore? Would this THEN affect their criminal record? Or, is it actually a GOOD idea not to pay it?

Anyone who's had some experience in this or know the laws - your help would be greatly appreciated.

I wrote an email to the GM on Tuesday, telling them that my account was hacked and my gear was vendored, and asked that they restore it.

They replied that nite and said that they are going to investigate, and will e-mail me back. Then they changed my password for security (they told me it, I can still play my acct).

How long after that does it take for any action or response? I thought it would be faster than this.

The ATTDIA command will supposedly remove the dialogue box when I use the Insert command. I set it to 0, I still get the dialogue box.

-insert and -i will not display a dialogue box (like I want) no matter what ATTDIA is set to. However, I need it to be that no box comes up when I type "Insert"

Work filters block a lot of sites.

First - this is not a hardware problem. I have tried many different routers, NICs, cables, etc, even ISP's. All drivers are up to date. This is an internal problem.

My wireless connection will have 4-5 bars (excellent connection), but then it will drop, bringing it down to 1 bar or no connectivity. This only happens for like 2 seconds, then the internet is fine again. This exact thing happens when it is directly plugged to the router, except it obviously isn't wireless, but still loses the connection, for a second.

This isn't a big deal while browsing the web, but during gaming, I get a good 3-10 seconds of lag, every minute or less.

This has to be a software problem. I've tried all kinds of stuff, and my laptop works fine with the connection.

I'm running WinXP Pro.

Please help! Any and all suggestions please! I've been messing with this for so long, and I just don't want to lag anymore!

My 11-week puppy is still going through housebreaking. She hasn't been doing as good lately, but she's still young.

But the problem is sometimes she will just pee a drop. It's not even worth it to rush her outside.

Why would she do this? She's good and healthy, and has another vet appt this weekend - not for this problem just a checkup (but I probably will ask).

Any suggestions?

I got some treats to help with housebreaking my 10 week old puppy. She's a mini dachshund, so she's real small.

These were from a line of treats, and these were the 'puppy' size, and are supposed to be 'healthy'. We actually break this into less than the size of a pea to give to her. And of course, puppies go a lot, so she gets like 6 a day at least.

Is this unhealthy for her, being so young?

I've got a 10 week old mini dachshund, and we've just been letting her eat as much as she wants, whenever she wants. The only time she doesn't have access to her food is when we're gone during the day for a few hours, and when we're in bed.

I never thought she'd been eating too much, but last nite I noticed it seems like she's got a little gut. She's a real tiny girl, so it shows.

I think I'm going to start putting her on a regular schedule for eating. I was wondering with a puppy as small as her (last week at the vet she was 1.8 lbs), how often should I feed her? Should I only give her a limited amount, or just wait til she's done? Any other advice for weening her onto this schedule, or any other advice in general?

Also, one more thing, last nite it seemed she was having a tough time getting comfortable when sleeping on our laps. She usually plops down and is out like a light. Could it be something more serious than overeating? I don't think she in pain or anything

I brought my new puppy over to my parent's house to meet them. They have a 10 yr old beagle. I've lived with them until a few months ago, so of course I'm great friends with her.

She would have nothing to do with the puppy! She wasn't mean, but she almost acts like she is scared of the puppy. If we try to bring the puppy closer, she runs away. We even tried to bribe her with a treat - she is kind of a fat dog, and will do ANYTHING for a treat - but she wouldn't go for it. We put the treat right next to the puppy, while we were holding her. She got close, but still ran away.

I''ve heard about adult dogs not liking puppies because they are too hyper and everything, but the puppy was actually very docile the whole time, just sitting in our laps and laying down. She never even touched the older dog, or ran at her, or anything. The adult will not bark, growl, whine, whimper, or attack. Just run away.

What can I do so they're friends?

So we got a new puppy, very cute, and she is doing pretty good about doing her business outside. The thing is, we have to predict and watch her for when she is going to. She knows its good to go outside. She has never gone on the couch or bed, and if she goes inside, its my fault pretty much.

Is there a good way to train her to signal somehow when she has to go? It's her only fault. If she could let me know somehow, she would be 100%, and that would be amazing for a 10 week old puppy.

I've never heard her bark, and she rarely whines. I tap on the door to show her 'outside', but she won't scratch the door yet. What can she do to let me know?

I live with my girlfriend and we are in our early 20's.

We've already demolished Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles and Super Mario Galaxy. We play Halo occasionally.

I'm looking for some games for us to have fun with. As you can see, she likes good games, so you don't have to recommend 'easier' or 'girlier' games or whatever. As long as they're fun.

I recently asked another question, Beatles related.

Anyway, from this question, I found that some people really wanted to put their favorite album out there, and feel very strongly about it.

But who doesn't? Just about everyone has that favorite album that brings back the best memories.

My Top 5:

Why MMT? The whole album is just 1 big ball of incredibleness. The songs that are trippy are fantasticly so. Nuff said. There's songs that might seem not so psychedelic, but to the trained ear, brings a smug smile to the face.

Every song is amazing, and essential. There is not a single song I skip over. The flow of the album brings you up and back down. It starts perfectly, and ends perfectly. The only thing this lacks is a suite like Abbey Road, which is my very close second.

I'm looking for some easy, yet delicious dishes to make for myself.

Let me tell you about myself - I just got out of college, got a new apartment, and it's my first time with a full kitchen to myself. I usually make myself the usual college student meal - ramen, cereal, microwavable stuff, etc. Gets old quick.

I'm looking for some easy dinners to make. Keep in mind that I am not a very good chef. I can follow directions well, but I don't know more complicated kitchen things. I have tons of kitchenware and "tools" (mixer, blender, etc. I don't know what you call them) that I got handed down.

Good example - tortellini in chicken broth. Excellent dish, makes a lot, good leftover material, easy as pie, and it consists of 2 steps.

I'm not looking for recipes, but general ideas for an easy dish itself. What do you guys make when you don't want a hassle, but a decent meal?

PS. I hate vegetable/fruit dishes.

Let me say this first: I am a Beatles fan. I like the White Album ok, but...

So many hardcore Beatles fans list the White Album as their favorite, hands down. Out of so many choices, why? Granted, there are some good songs, but the flow of the album is so scattered. Some say it's a compilation, some say it actually is sequential. I've heard here and there about hidden things, easter eggs if you will, throughout.

My personal favorite is Magical Mystery Tour. White Album is down the list in the 5 or 6 spot.

Is there something I'm missing? What's the secret to enjoying this album as much as everyone else?
