Not exactly sure what the tool I am looking for is, but I was told it might have been used on bondo.

Its a bar, about an a foot long, a cm thick and has maybe 100 sharp blades coming off of it at a 45 degree angle or so.

The blades area also not flat on the sharp end but curve.

Any help would be great!

So I changed internet service providers this week, and upoed my 10mb Down and 1mb Up, to a 15/1.

Well, this week I started getting SERIOUS lag on xbox live since I switched ISP. So I spent most of a day messing with my router settings for port forwarding and Qos, and nothing helped, then I tried connecting my xbox directly to the modem instead of to my router. Didn't help. I was about to give up on the whole ordeal, when I decided to use my semi crappy laptop as a gateway connection, because i knew it could get a full 15/1 though its wifi.

BAM, it fixed it. I was able to play without lag for hours using a wired connection to my laptop using wifi.

So here is my question, WHY am i getting a faster connection to Xbox live through a laptop wirelessly connected, than I am with a wired connection to my modem or router?

The only thing I can come up with is that my ISP is limiting the bandwidth I can use to connect to xbox live. I mean its the same router as i had last week and the same ethernet cords, the only thing that has changed is my ISP and my modem! And i can easly get my full 15/1 speed on all other computers, just not the xbox!

I want something to keep me interested, sci if or fantasy, like Harry potter or Enders game or game of thrones.

I don't want some crappy little wizard book though, I want chapters with wit and knollegde, like tyrion lanes ter, ANSI don't want little kids chapters, even Harry potter at age 13 wasn't too childess.

Got a new ISP this week, upped my Internet from 10mb with previous company to 15 with new.

All of a sudden I cannot play black ops online, every time I start getting shot I lag.

It's almost as if I lag when someone is looking at me, if I shoot someone in the back I'm fine, but in EVERY gun battle I lag.

Also every killcam is them looking at me, and then me immediately dying, the killcam lags whie they are shooting at me. Almost like a frame rate lag described by computer users.

Same router, I have tried port forwarding needed ports since the lag, didn't help. The Bly things that have changed are my modem and new ISP company. Arris 602g modem and ISP is wow Internet and cable.

I don't know how to fix this problem, tips for asking the ISP to change something or Xbox settings would be appreciated.

Also speed tests show my iPad and computer can use the full 15mb download and 1 mb upload. And I have also tried hardwire connection from Xbox. Not sure what else to do.
