Could someone please explain why the family members of heart attack victims seem to get lost in the woodwork? Everyone is quick to ask how the patient is doing, have support groups for the patient, but what about the rest of the family who has to deal with it? I am 41, our daughter 10. Who is there for us? We are going through this too.

I was hit in a mall parking lot by someone who was driving way above the speed limit. My car was totaled and there was no police report filed because it happened on "private property". The damage to my vehicle was so bad that even the tow truck driver had a hard time believing that it happened in a parking lot and if my daughter had been with me she could have been killed. Nothing was even said to the other person about the fact that they were speeding. Should I consider suing the owners of the mall for not upholding the posted speed limits and letting people drive as fast as they want to with no consequences?

If a real estate company advertises a home for a price that you know was a typo, do they have to sell that home for the advertised price?

Our government spends so much money on space exploration? I mean, do we really need to know if there is life in outer space?? They have been taking money our of the social security fund for this for years.

Here is the story. I live in a very nice trailor park. The owners have been working to expand it as they can. The city has had meeting over the last 4 years for this and everything has been approved. The only problem is the city says they lost most of the documentation giving him permission to do this when a hurricane came through. Now one of the neighbors who has been here the whole time and even helped one of his chruch members get a trailor in the park is protesting the whole thing because he wants to put in a swimming pool and doesn't want to be disturbed. He now wants to disolve the whole park. The thing that gets me is he waited until the owner here spent all of the money and had all the the sewer and water buried befor he decided to protest anything.
