I'm trying to edit 60 fps video with premiere pro, but the playback is really laggy and it's tough to edit. Do I need more RAM, or a new graphics card, or what?

My current PC specs are as follows: AMD FX series 8350 processor,

MSI 970A-G46? motherboard

Asus Geforce GTX 660ti graphics card,

Corsair Vengeance 8gb ram,

Corsair CX 750 power supply unit,

If I remember correctly, the amount of RAM you have in a graphics card determines the size of a display you can use. So if the laptop's screen is 1080p HD, would it make much of a difference to have 2 GB of GDDR5 vs 2 GB of DDR3?

I'm asking because I just recently bought a book on how to make mods for minecraft, and I want to return it if it's out of date.

I've started a youtube channel, and many people have been messaging and emailing me asking me to join their network. I'm not sure why there are so many of them, and most of them don't look like they have many very successful members. So what will they do besides take my revenue and offer me stuff I can just get myself for free? Do they increase the amount of revenue you earn? What is the benefit of using them instead of adsense like everyone else?

I need my new video editing software to be able to do everything that Windows Movie Maker can already do, including:

Cut, split, copy, paste, add music, add pictures, record video, record audio/narration, be able to put text on screen, flip videos upside down, and adjust volumes of different audio sources, (Example: Make the video really loud but keep the music quiet.)

In addition: I need it to be able to:

Render high quality, crystal clear videos in at least 1080p at 60fps, and have picture in picture capabilities.

Things which I'd like, but don't need:

Special effects, Motion blur, camera shake, cool filters, green screen, things like that. Having the ablility to do things like fire, lighting, explosions and stuff would also be very cool.

I've heard that Adobe After Effects would be perfect for things like this, but I would rather have something more economical if possible.

I don't really have a set budget, and I might be able to just go for After Effects, but if there's something which is just as good, or almost just as good as After Effects for a smaller price, I'd like to go for that.

I want it to be able to run photoshop, painttool sai, paint.net, manga studio, cinema 4D, Maya, 3DS Max, etc. And I want it to be able to play games too, which if it can run all that 3d software, it'll probably run all the games too. Thanks in advance.

If it has windows 8 I would like a touchscreen on it. I don't particularly want an SSD either.

My cat looked really bored, so I thought I would show her some youtube videos on my iPad. I showed her a wide variety of youtube videos from a wide variety of different creators, but she didn't seem very interested in any of them!

So what youtube videos do your cats like to watch, and how do you know what they like?

I would have just asked my cat, but I think she's dumb and deaf and illiterate, because she never seems to talk or to comprehend what I'm trying to tell her.

I have to memorize around 30 lines of the play. What is the best/your favorite part of the play?

More specifically, how were they different economically, socially, and politically?

I need to know what the economic, social, and political trends were that differentiated the early American colonies from Great Britain.

For example, politically, there were no kings elected in America, and government was kept small, and close to home, and Americans took up democracy, and social equality, rather than monarchy, divine right, and the absolutism, that the British used.

Also, Americans had the right to vote, and they divided the power of their government between three branches, which were the executive, judicial and legislative branches. Americans also had freedom of speech and press, and the right tp speak out against the government.

So I know a little bit about how they were different politically, but how were they different economically and socially? Also, was there anything I missed about their political differences? And if you could provide some external sources I could check out, that would be much appreciated.

The thing I'm worried about is the canister getting shot and then it explodes or leaks. Does that sort of thing happen, or am I just being paranoid?

This morning I found some tiny worms with black heads crawling and floating in my beta fish's bowl. I immediately removed my fish, put him in another bowl, put the worms down the toilet and poured in bleach, and watched them wither and die... So are my problems over, or is there something else I need to do/know??? Thanks.
