I was deadlifting, and when I stood up I accidentally pushed out my stomach a little bit, and I felt a sharp pain in my stomach area, I immediately tightened up and stopped. The pain was like 2 or 3 inches to the left of my belly button.

It feels normal like my abs in that area, but when I mimic the dead lift motion and stand up I kind of feel a little bit of pain there. I suspect I just lightly strained my abdominal, but How would i know if it was a hernia. I lift heavy weights a lot and I don't want to get hurt or worsen it.

if i only sleep 8 I get really sleepy in the middle of the day

I want to answer and ask questions in secret on here. Now my friends will see if i ask some embarrassing or weird question, or maybe even something about them! what the hell? If i wanted it to be known i'd just ask people things to their face not on yahoo answers. What a huge screw up on yahoo's part, that's just freaking stupid.

There is an update on yahoo messenger everytime someone answers or asks a question. Wtf?

Is it some kind of Ego thing, because they have the psychological need to satisfy their own ego with cognitive dissonance, since they know the other man is now Larger and stronger and more of a threat to him so in their minds they say

"Well he's muscular and big and I'm weak and skinny, well. hmm.. He has a small penis! Yeah, so I don't want that anyway, that is why I'm better."

I believe that is the psychological defense mechanism going off in their minds, and the summary of the thought process of those that make the claim that steroids affect one's penis.

What are your thoughts on this? Because it's a scientific fact that steroids may only affect one's testicles.

I was at my friend's house and his Chair was APPARENTLY coming apart and has happened before, and when I pushed myself up in it, I got stabbed by a Screw inside of it. I got teeny little dot of blood from being poked by it. I kept Pushing the chair open again to examine the screw and it appeared to be clean. What disturbs me is there are also two Rusty as hell looking staples in the chair near the screw area. Now I'm like deathly afraid of having tetanus and I am unaware of my shot updates.

I'm PRETTY sure it was the screw, and the screw looked super clean. But Because I wasn't looking when I got poked i'm praying that it was indeed the screw that poked me. and i'm pretty pretty pretty sure it was the screw, i hope it was the screw.

I have the Amber armor from Oblivion and I look like the Monarch from the venture brothers. -.-....... the highest armor will go is 85 i think, I have all things rings and magical powers and It won't raise any higher.

They will do ANYTHING to achieve 2000+ even if it includes cheating, and the people that are 2000 are too scared to play a game over 1 minute long and they simply win their matches by Time control. The numbers are meaningless if you don't actually earn them. if they were given 5000 it wouldn't matter they STILL can't play chess.

I went running recently, I've been running for quite a while now with no problems, but I feel like the tips of my toes burn. Just my big toes. I don't know if i got something in my shoe that is bothering them or what, What do you think it is?
