Which car would you prefer both 2008 Cadillac DTS 120k miles and 2008 CTS 79k miles both $4000 each which car do you think looks better?

I put at-205 in my engine and I’m wondering if I don’t use the car for a week will it still work as effective once I start driving the car

I don’t really know much about cars but I was given the choice between a 2005 Cadillac Escalade 6.0 with 230k miles and a 2002 Ford Expedition 5.4 with 200k miles both were well taken care of and have no rust I’m just not sure which is a better choice what do you think?

Just checked the oil in my 2002 Ford Expedition and there was none on the dip stick turns out I was 5 quarts low but the engine sounded fine and the oil pressure was normal and it sounds fine still do you think I will have any problems down the road with the truck now ?
