About a month ago I sprained my ankle really bad. I stayed off the ice for a whole month and now I can feel my ankles feeling better. Although I do have a bit of achilles pain from the copencating of my injured area. I can tell I m almost fully healed. However I want to go skating again and was wondering if that would be a good idea or would I make it worse. Obviously I won t right away jump into my usual skating but would have to start slow. Can a chiropractor or a doctor let me know if this would be a good or bad idea? Should I wait a little longer? Would it be that bad if I went on the ice?

I am a coffee addict. I drink coffee all the time and never had a problem. However recently I tried nescafè instant expresso and had an allergy reaction. I got small hives all over my body. Is there something different in that particular expresso compared to any regular coffee?

So I just got stabbed by a toothpick on the palms of my hand and it really hurts, including my arm and pinky. I did have a tetnus shot few years back but is it necessary that I go to the ER still? there is no swelling or colour change yet but it really hurts and the pain has climbed to my arms. PLEASE HELP!

So I just got the movie "2012" on blu-ray. but my blu-ray player won't play the movie and keeps loading and it just keeps loading again. I tried turning of the blu-ray, I've tried stopping it, I tried cleaning it, I tried the system menu and still it doesn't work! It just keeps loading. I don't know what to do?!?! PLS HELP ME!!!

I'm 15 and today i hit my head on the ice while playing hockey. at first when i hit my head i din't feel that dizzy and i din't have a bad headach, so i just played hockey more. now i have this really stiff neck and i have a headahc but i kinda think my headach is from my neck pain. and i came home late today so i'm kinda tired. so should i sleep or not? oh and i don't fell like throwing up.

yes i am one of the beatlemania. I LOVVVVE Paul McCartney!!! But thats not the only reason why I'm dissing the Jon-asses!!!! the real reason is because I find it sick and disgusting thats some people would say the jon-asses are good as the beatles!!! Oh COME ON!!!!
