Believe it or not ... things that are "bad" for you.
Alcohol and caffeine work well, also cranberry juice is a good diuretic and good for your kidneys. Make sure you replace potassium if you lose a lot of fluid, most otc water pills contain potassium to help replenish what is lost.

Food, you should find what naturally makes you crap like crazy and use that as a diuretic...Mine is Yahoo chocolate soda drink thingy...ugggh that stuff.... I don't use anything, I would never want to crap the way those things make you go...Just eat alot of veggies, those are natural, and light diuretics.

if it's from that time of the month, pamprin or midol are good. alco caffeine, lemons squeezed in water. most of the OTC diuretics have caffeine, so take them when you don't need to sleep (a good idea anyway, unless you like getting up 10 times a night to pee). don't over use water pills though, could lead to depletions of certain electrolytes leading to some serious problems.
