Favorite Answer

I ate two pieces of vegemite toast with and orange for breakfast.
Snack nuts and a musli bar
For lunch I had chicken and rice with veges and a really nice sauce (but I forget the name)
For dinner I am having a no fuss toasted cheese because I really can't be bothered right now to cook.

I am 5"6 123 pounds. I only exercise 3 times a week. I don't think it's important to exercise everyday. I m fine with my weight and I want it to stay around 123 pounds. It's good your so healthy you have a perfect bmi. Be proud. :)

EDIT: NOOO you do not need to lose weight you are perfect honestly. Please don't give in to the media hyped beauty, your body is perfect and healthy don't change that!

Hi,

I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss (it's actually a colon cleanse) and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it (it's 100% natural). The results were excellent. I lost about 20 pounds in 2 months with this detox. That's why I recommend you check this product at
http://news.google.com/news/url?sa=T&ct=us/3-0&fd=R&url=%68%74%74%70%3a%2f%2f%77%77%77%2e%74%68%69%6e%2d%6e%6f%77%2e%75%73 where they have a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling.
Good luck!

Breakfast and Lunch; half a box of frosted shredded wheat (I was stuck in a car for several hours)
Dinner - cheese and crackers
Late dinner - Tv dinner

Three cups of coffee
four glasses of water
1 really big cup of hot milk with honey and ginger....
And that last bit is why I'm going beddy-bye now...

Night all

Morning:Peach slices w/cottage cheese, cup of coffee w/wheat toast w/butter.
Lunch:Green Apple,1 banana,1 glass of OJ.
Dinner:Portion of white rice with meat over a peanut sauce and a glass of Ice Tea. It was great!
I think that at your age, you should be eating better. Nutrition is very important at your age, your body is changing, you need to take good care of it, and your eating habits should be important.
best of luck,Liza
