Can you recommend a diet supplement for me?

I need to lose about 20-25 pounds. The problem is, I don't get to work out very much b/c I work two jobs. I probably get about 10 mins a night to do some crunches. I've been thinking about taking a dietary supplement, but most of them only work paired with an exercise plan. I've changed my diet to no fast food and healthy foods (tho it's not "calorie based").

Can you suggest a good supplement for me to help shed these pounds, that doesn't cost an arm and a leg?

Thanks!

Coffee.

All those supplements basically only burn more calories because they are filled with caffeine. Green tea extract, white tea extract, Guarana etc.

They don't really do much for you. Eating properly and exercising as much as you can will be better.

Also cutting carbs out of your diet will allow your body to process them as insulin instead of fat once you go back onto them. Try cutting them for two weeks then re-introduce them later. With whole wheat products and fruit only though.

Dex C-20 has helped me a lot. It doesn't make you jittery and it helps surpress your appetite. I take 2 in the morning and 2 before lunch. It has also helped me maintain my weight loss. I've lost 10lbs since starting Dex C-20 but I also do moderate exercise.
