How do I build my pec muscles?

I work out constantly, everyday, I don't mix areas, I stick to a specific workout plan, and mix up my exercises each session.. I take muscle milk, but my high metabolism causes me to burn the weight gainer.. So how would I build my chest? I have abs, but I need to know what exercises to do, what supplements to take, what to eat.. I really want to build up my chest.. Any help would be amazing..

If you chest is not growing, chances are one part of your chest is weak. If you just do flat bench, your chest won't grow.
Upper,Middle, Lower, Outer, Inner. Stay away from cables and butterflies, stick to barbell bench and dumbell bunch.

If your not doing at least 275 on bench for workouts or 95lbs on dumbell bench your chest will not be big
