what is the best way to negotiate salary?

I have a 3rd interview tomorrow for a job I really want. It's a sales/marketing position for a brand new property, that I will eventually (if all goes well) end up managing. They are all very aware that I want the job, so I don't want to get low balled, so any and all suggestions are welcome.
Thank you.

The best way is to determine what other companies in your geographical area are paying for similar jobs. Unfortunately, you may only have time to do a cursory search (salary.com and data from the Bureau of Labor Stats comes to mind). This data will allow you to know when an offer is low and also, conversely, know when your demand is too high (if a job in the area pays $50,000 to $60,000, you don't want to accept an offer at $40,000 and you don't want to ask for $70,000).

Determine the standard salary for that position using a site like salary.com

Start from there.
