Biblically speaking what should you do if you are prohibited from eating with your spouse?

1Cr 5:11 But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolater, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat.

Spouse are exempt from this . In the Amish Menn community if you confess one of these sins to an elder, you would be denied the holy kiss and greeting, you would not be spoken to while you are being shunned. They know how to do this with such coldness. You would eat alone , if you continued to attend services.
A church meeting is held where they discuss the ban and how long it is in effect.

First of all, he's speaking spiritual, it has nothing to do with eating carnally
Secondly he is referring to those IN THE SAME FAITH: "if any man that is called a brother"
Thirdly and just because he's called a "brother" doesn't mean he is a brother or walks as a brother (Brother, Sister, same thing, all are brethren) So then, you can't eat from both tables: The Good food of the good word versus that of devils, you have to be hot or cold.
I could easily see how a church would take this passage and run in the wrong direction with it because they can't discern when he's speaking spiritual from when he's speaking carnally.

1 Corinthians 10:27
If (( any )) of them that believe not bid you to a (( feast )), and YE BE DISPOSED TO GO; (( whatsoever )) is set before you, (( eat )), asking no question for conscience sake.
1 Corinthians 10:28
But if any man say unto you, this is offered in sacrifice unto idols, eat not for his sake that shewed it, and for conscience sake: for the earth is the Lord's, and the fulness thereof:
29 Conscience, I say, not thine own, but of the other: for why is my liberty judged of another man's conscience?

I Corinthians 10:20
20 But I say, that the things which the (( Gentiles sacrifice )), they sacrifice to (( devils )), and not to God: and I would not that ye should have (( fellowship with devils )).

So fornication spiritually is: worshiping, serving, agreeing with any other God other than the one true God; It is considered worshiping devils.

But just to eat foods with whomever invited you, your wife or who, that's does not make you agree with their belief in other Gods other than your own...........Sooooooo, he saying:" if any man say unto you, this is offered in sacrifice unto idols, eat not for his sake that shewed it"

See, because in old times it was forbidden that Jews eat with Gentiles and some of the people is still stuck with that old concept and not yet come to the understanding the Messiah death broke down the middle wall of demarcation between them.
Therefore, just in case it still exist in the conscience of some that old order, that they stumble not, eat not for their sake whosoever it be that manifest this lack in knowledge and by chance the opportunity may not be lost for them to be corrected once the true light is presented.

Well, why would your wife be any of those?
How could she be a fornicator if she's married to you.
Well, unless she cheated on you, which in that case you shouldn't be eating with her.

BUT, the main thing is, God and Jesus will forgive you for doing this "horrible thing" if you eat with any of those people.

I see two possibilities:
- eat alone
- eat with someone else
