My boyfriend got arrested for carrying 14 ziplog small baggys with marijuana he recived two charges a possession charge and a distribuating to sell charge this is his fourth time being arrested the three other times he never went to court now the judge is ordering him what are the sircumstances will he do tme in prison or may he only recive probation

I don't see what your question is but it is really up to the judge to decide. I personally think it is wrong for marijuana to be illegal but it's really up to the states and it's the law. It was pretty stupid for your boyfriend to be walking around with 14 bags of MJ and even more that it's the 4th time being caught. I'm sorry but other people have it worse and although I don't believe people should be in jail for this, I guess this is what has to happen. If you have enough for a bail, it's also up to you.

If the possession charge alone sticks you can probably count on probation.
If the distribution charge sticks, then he should pack his bags.

I doubt hell get probation but he could possibly only get county time or with a good attorney he could get a drug program as long as you dpnt live in texas cause if you do hes history.
