Pay Pal account limited?
I am trying to buy a beanie from ebay but paypal has my account limited i am only 15 so it want me to have an photo id and a proof of residence but it wouldn't let me pick the address so now its sending it to my uncle address and he wont be there till april can i make a new account with the same card
