It is a guessing game really for that. I would add a protein powder for sure, but just start slowly increasing your calories until you gain. You need to consume a lot more than you burn, and I don't know what you burn at the gym. So personally I would increase until I gained. Use Myfitnesspal to see exactly how many you need to gain. Don't rely on its calculations. Just log your food and when you see gains, that is how much you need.
