How to psyche yourself up to change your diet for the better and keep it that way?

I am tired of eating right for a couple of weeks then reverting back to eating junk food or fattening and rich foods in general. Any suggestions? It's just SO hard for me to stick to a good routine. My body craves sugar and cheese, etc. Is it all in my mind?

you have to WANT to lose weight..not just as a "kind of thing"
