What tips do you have for a home garage gym?

My husband and I are working on creating a gym area in our garage. We have a weight bench, squat rack, lots of weight plates, dumb bells, punching bag, lots of things, and we would like any tips on things you realized you needed after creating a home garage gym. Any tips are welcomed!

Something for cardio--treadmill, elliptical, etc.

A big-azz fan, because garages get hot and there's no air moving.

Entertainment for taking your mind off how hard you're working--it could be as simple as a stand for you iPad, or as big as a wall-mounted TV.

Decent lighting so you can work out at night.

Security, since you've got some equipment in there people might happily steal.

A good quality set of resistance bands. Sometimes you just don't want to use weights OR one person can be on the bands if the other is using the weights.

Stationary bike or stationary bike-elliptical combo (I have the combo so I can sit and pedal or stand up and elliptical).

Wall-mount TV so you can play workout videos/DVDs/stream for variety, especially when it comes to indoor cardio.

Yoga mat for stretching and yoga.

Pullup bar (I had one of the ones that hung on a doorframe but could be removed when not in use...very handy!)

Small fridge for water and cold packs.
Storage for towels and wash clothes to wipe your sweat (off you and the equipment)

Enjoy!
