Begin to ask a different question. The question 'why' will only produce theories of explanation that may or may not be true - which brings us to the question of 'what is truth?'. Ask a different question and the answer will come from a different realm. All questions posed in one realm produce answers from the same realm. Maybe stop asking questions altogether - language is insufficient for the answers we seek anyway.

Why? Because you asked a question.
I try not to give my kids the answer I usually got which was "because I said so" I try to give them a reason but sometimes I can't help but tell them I don't owe you an explanation, just because I said.......remember when you were told that? Kind of sucked huh? Well I find myself more and more like my parents everyday God rest their souls.

Spend an hour explaining 'WHY' each time its asked and it will come up less often-that's what my dad did, toward the end we just begged for a spanking!
