    1 sm. pepper (sweet)

    2 med. onions

    3 c. rice

1 pkg. tomato vegetable soup (dried)

Dice celery, onions and pepper real fine.

Dice pork chops and brown in 2 tablespoons oil and brown lightly together. Add dried soups. Mix well.

Wash rice and add to mixture and brown, add enough water to mixture to have a little over all ingredients. Cook on medium high until rice is dry. Add sauces. Simmer with cover until done.
