Would you get involved in this situation......?
i live 6 hours away from my sister (which is a bonus). she is a little whacky, not in a mental case kind of way but in a drama queen i'll never understand how she sees things the way she does way. recently she has a 'stalker', threatening text messages, knowing where she goes, who she is with, etc. at first i just blew it off because she is who she is but now my concern is that the wrong person is going to be accused and actually get in legal trouble over this. there have already been two guys pulled in for questioning and now they are focusing on a third. my personal suspicion is that the guilty party is her so called boyfriend, this guy has pulled some weird stuff like saying he had terminal brain cancer and two months to live (8 months ago, he's fine) when she tried to break up with him, then he had 10 million in life insurance and would leave it to her (he's a dj at a hole in the wall bar on weekends) and the list goes on but that is some pretty crazy stuff.
the question is do i try to let someone know what i suspect to save some poor slob from being accused or just stay out of it? i just keep thinking if someone is taking a nap alone and can't account for their whereabouts they could really get hurt over this.

Tell the Police your suspicion. Anonamously if you don't want to seem nosy.

Well if asked I would say what you know but I wouldn't volunteer. If your sis is as crazy as she sounds she could jsut be making it all up for attention or even to drive the boyfriend crazy.
Sounds like they both are on the crazy train perfect for each other. If it's bogus the cops won't spend to much time on it. They are questioning these guys but letting them go right? So they will figure out real quick if your sister is just making stuff up.
Stay out of it until asked!

If I were you, I would say out of it. From what you stated in your explanation nothing criminal has transpired so it seems to me that the worst that could happen to guy #3 is possibly a warning to stay away from your sister. It doesn't seem like you have anything concrete to tell the cops about the BF so I wouldn't get involved.

Yes, you have to tell.
Your sister might want to protect her bf
and let some other poor slob get the blame.
You are doing her a favor and your
conscience is clear.

I'd try to support my sister, but don't get in over your head. If she calls you, listen to her. Tell her to be careful around the bf. Ask if he is with her when she gets these strange messages. That way you all can determine if it might be him. Good luck.

Since I haven't the slightest clue about what you're ranting and raving about then, by all means, GET INVOLVED!!!...
