My favorite film is Vertigo (1958). It's an incredible artistic masterpiece, and the visionary Alfred Hitchcock's most profound and personal work. It is a tale of love, death, guilt and obsession, and it features highly inventive and creative camera angles, surreal and dream-like cinematography, beautiful San Francisco scenery, and a frightening, career-best performance from the terrific actor James Stewart.

Oh wow...I can't pick just one. I'd say Bridget Jones Diary because it makes my laugh and I have a soft spot for love stories, Love Actually because it is five or six love stories and not all of them work out so that made me laugh and cry, Pulp Fiction just because I loved the multiple plot lines and how they call came together at the end, Dirty Dancing because it's a love story with great dancing, and Gone With the Wind because it is a classic love story.

  • A tie between "The Usual Suspects" and "Network"

"Suspects" was so unexpected and mind boggling that I'm still recovering from the ending.

"Network" has incredible performances and foreshadows how television would affect us: that it would become a media circus where sensationalism and ratings are as important as to what happens to your fellow human being.

The Quiet Man. It tells the story of a man disillusioned by what he thought he wanted and getting back to his roots thus finding something better.

The Notebook, makes you think that even if the one that you love isn't the one for you at the time, that sometime down the road maybe they will be the one for you, i love it, i cry every time i see it.

The Butterfly Effect because it shows the sacrifice someone is willing to make for the one they love...
