the song in that frog and snake balloons scene in Shrek 1 with the word "Hallelujah" in it, is called Halellujah (Singer: Rufus Wainwright)

that version was Jeff Buckley.....amazing album it comes from, i think it was called grace......my friend was playing it today!!!! strange you should ask!!!!lol
