Are people happy with my answers?
For a number of weeks now I've been popping my head in Yahoo Answers to see if I can help some folks with what knowledge I have.
I don't claim to be an expert by any meaning of the word, but I do have experience and knowledge spanning right back to the 80's when I got my first computer (Commodore Vic-20 - keep the laughs to a dull roar!) My hobby has turned into a career in recent years and since then I've never looked back.
I can answer most questions relating to hardware/software configuration and have extensive knowledge of Windows (all versions) and some linux/unix. I hold an HND in Computing and HNC in Microcomputer servicing and support. I'm also A+ certified.
People... although I've only answered a handful of questions, please let me know what you think of my answers. I'm curious to see if they have helped more than just the person who asked.

Frankly, i think u'r just fishing for compliments !
As long as ur answers help the people who ask them, what does it all have to do with us?
Moreover, u do know that Best Answers are usually rated, right ? Why not have a look see and find out how u'v been faring.

Good for you ,Andy.Now here's one for you.I've been trying to install a dlink network router,it goes ok until I get to the logon the internet,it just won't make the leap,iv'e tried everything I know,which is in fact, very little.Help!
