How can I convince my mom I should dye my hair?
I want to dye my hair, either a solid color, or put streaks in it. My dad says it's perfectly alright. My mother says absolutely not (they are not divorced, so it's not a control/win my love kind of thing). I have tried to convince her it's not a big deal. She died her hair for years, and my sister dyed her hair when she was my age and got away with only a week on grounding. However, by the way my mother has repeatedly said no, I have a feeling I would get a lot more than a week. I hate making my parents upset, and getting in trouble with them. How can I convince her that I'm a teenager and just want to experiment with my hair; that it's nothing big? Also, any advice on how to convince parents that I should be allowed to get my lip pierced? Yes, I already know it would hurt like h*ll.

This is how my kids got me to allow it. They sat me down and explained how as part of the process of learning to express themselves, they all wanted to either pierce assorted body parts, get tatoos or dye their hair. Guess which I preferred.
Ask her how she showed her independance at your age. Better yet ask her mom!

Ask Your mom Why she is saying no, may be your original color of hair suits to you or she wana save your hair against of any disaster,if these reason are not just say your mom as far as you are not running your self let me do I wana enjoy my life,

sit down and talk with them.. Tell her it would benifet you and you would love to have it done. Let your dad and your mom talk. Tell them you will do anything to get it done. If you want it bad enough it will happen.

Are u pregnant u can't dye ur when ur pregnant, how old are you? It always depends if your 17 and ur not pregnant do them anyways and she'll ahve to accept that
