Mmm... this may sound like a surprise to you but, it doesn't really matter much where you take her on a date. What matters most is the conversation you have with her.
To answer your question, you don't need to do much just talk to her (or if you've got nothing to say, let her talk). I'm sure you'll be able to find something about her that's interesting enough to keep it going.
If you want to take her on a date, don't take her to the a noisy place - you'll be screaming the night and it won't be pleasant.
