Has anyone else had a bakers cyst that popped?

Was wondering if anyone could inform me on how to treat mine as i am an athlete

    make sure its a bakers cyst not one with a sack, if so sacks gotta go surgically

    I got a swelling behind the knee on the back of my leg. While climbing stairs it popped. ?This happened just before a trip to England an I have now arrived. I used a cane for two days and am in pain.

    Keep it clean and dry, Maybe get some Benzoil cream, and keep it on there. Or strydex.
