Can someone please give me a list of the forms I need to file for a seperation and/or divorce?
I need to know which forms are required for a legal seperation and forms for a divorce in California. I think I have the basics covered, but I cannot afford an attorney or even a paralegal for assistance. My husband and I have been married for 5 years, 7 months and three weeks. We have four children, one from his previous relationship, two from my previous marriage and one daughter together age 22 months, also I am about 5 weeks pregnant with our second child. I am the bread winner in the marriage and I want to also file a request to deny any spousal/alimony support to my husband. PLEASE HELP ME, I AM ON A FIXED INCOME OF 26,000 SALARY PER YEAR.

You would be filing under the third method. Go to the Self-Help Center of the CA Courts. You can find their website listed below. You can find out what forms you need to fill out below. You could also call the Clerk of the Court with the contact information at the website. Additionally, go to the linke below that to find more information about possible free and low-cost legal assistance.
