Need to Know About This!?

Ok, when someone is on the run and leaves state, how often do they check your social security number to locate it's last usage? And what databases do they access to find this info? My buddy has been runnin' for awhile and I cannot find him anymore, but last email I got he was working...just didn't say where!

Second, do driver's licenses have GPS enablement in them? Someone said they did.

I guess what I am asking is how often do they try and seek out a person? He has a Petition to Revoke on a Fraud Charge. Only facing a year....Do they have detectives working around the clock on stuff like this?

I'm guessing that how often the number is checked depends on the area that is looking for him and how big a crime he committed. And no, there is no GPS in DLs, thats riduculous.
