Aww Girl, well I hope things get better for you as soon as possible. One thing I can tell ya is keep your head up.When things seem bad dont give up! Life deals you a hand, the only thing you can do is play it! When one door closes, another one opens! Everything happens for a reason, even the worst of things. You live and you gain experience. What dosent kill you makes you stronger right? Yes it certainly does. Be patient, things will start working out for you much better, I promise. Life is up and down...theres no where you can go from down but up! :)

Trust me, I understand. I have had times in my life like yours, and I have learned one thing: take a deep breath, step back from your situation, and sit down. Make a list of what's going wrong right now. On the other side of the paper, make a list of what's right in your life. Are you out of school? Figure out how to get back in, and finish. Bad relationship? Leave if you can, and if not, figure out a long-term exit strategy. Family disfunctional? Learn to love them...from a distance. Baby mamma/daddy drama? Realize that being a single parent is extremely difficult, but there are resources out there for you. USE THEM. Day to day life mediocre? Get involved with helping others; it makes you less focused on yourself, and you feel better for it. Become more independent of the media; it's programmed to make you unhappy, because they're trying to make money. And most importantly, remember these two things: One. Hard times DO pass. Hold on; you can make it through. Two. Look in the mirror every morning and say: I am a beautiful person. This, no matter what the weather, is a beautiful day. I can solve my problems, and the ones I cannot, I WILL NOT STRESS. This I promise. Good luck and God bless.

The only one that can pull you out is yourself. Think about what it is that is causing you the bad luck. Think about what and when it all started. Around a date perhaps may help you figure out what went on. Bad luck could be brought on by alot of things for example We had great luck everything was going extremely well for 2 1/2 yrs than wham! just outta the blue Bad luck hit and I couldn't figure out why until it all came clear it exactly happened when my fiance (boyfriend) had cheated on me. The bad luck continued for the next 2 for years. It was because he was still cheating. Once I discovered what the bad luck was I DUMPED HIM! Guess what my luck has changed and the Good Luck I had before is back and it feels good.

You need to discover for yourself what has brought yourself to this point is it something you did or something that someone else did that could have an effect on you especially if that other person is a negative.

Source(s): experienced bad luck caused by others person's sins.

I have certainly felt that way from time to time. I pick myself up by remembering that things could always be worse. There is much to learn about ourselves during the hard times. So take this time to bask in your sorrows, feel sorry for yourself a couple more days. Then get on with it. You know your going to have to eventually anyway.

Take a sheet of blank paper out. Write upon it 6 things that you must do tomorrow before noon, to make your life neater, more interesting and/or healthier. Then do them. Repeat daily for 30 days, and you will be among the most enthusiastic of mortals, guaranteed.

It sounds like you got some depression. If it lasts longer than a week you should probably get some professional help. I have alot of ups and downs and I take effexor to even me out. Hang in there. Leesa

  • Look in the mirror and tell yourself that you love yourself until you really believe it. Then go to your friends and tell them the same thing. I have had much anxiety but I have learned to love myself and those around me and that has changed my self esteem and how others see me.

just stop whatever your doing, stop thinking of anything, take a deep breath, and try to go over every part in your life where you were down. now after this you try to think why?, what's the reason, im sure theres a reason why you are so down, then try not doing this things again, im sure it won't be easy but hey! it was never easy since you were born, this is just how life is.......... goodluck................

Things will get better as soon as you make it so. Could be tomorrow if you choose.
