The Steelers. Top-notch organization, from top to bottom.
The Raiders head job has to be the worst in all of sports. That franchise is so bad, they are about one inch away from being a reality show.

Anybody who doesnt say the Steelers is either a die hard fan of one of the other teams or doesnt know anything about football.
The steelers are a year removed from the superbowl and still have much of that team in place. The owner is a great guy to work with. The only possible reason you wouldnt pick that job is because you never wanna be the man to replace the man.
If you want an arguement for the other teams.
Miami will give a coach complete control over personel and everything
Atlanta has Mike Vick
Arizona has Edgerin James, Matt Leinhart and those great receivers.
and the raiders well....the best i can come up with is the #1 pick you get.

If I had the opportunity I would like to coach the Steelers because I believe with a little bit of a good off season pickups in free agency and the draft they might be contenders again. They did come on at the end of this year. I also believe they have a solid nucleus and good coaches that are staying . There will be less transition here than in the rest of the other locations.

Steelers, there isn't another option. The franchise is rich with tradition, there's a team mentality there, new stadium, sold out fan base across the country - can't say that about Arizona, and who in their right mind would want to coach Vick? He has no concept of team play, he's only about himself. Dolphins have too much money wrapped up in broken players, and the raiders? Certainly wouldn't want to work for that owner. The Rooney family would be a privilege to work for.

FALCONS?!?!? are you cats serious?
that would be at the bottom of my list
and if I were the head coach, first thing I would do is talk the GM into shopping around Vick
no team will ever get to the SB with Mike Vick at QB...EVER
I'd go Steelers...best run organization in the NFL...After that I'd probably opt for the Cardinals....damn I'd go to the Raiders before the Falcons

The Raiders if I would get some power from Al Davis. You got one of the top Defenses in the NFL. Offensively, there is some talent. If I could get them to play. Seriously all you have to do is get the offense to mediocrity. An Average offense and the Raiders would have at least been in the playoff race.
Plus I'd love the Challenge. Personally I got to say, what's the fun of coaching someone else's team?

The Steelers they are packed with quality players and have a chance for instant success. The Raiders would be my second choice if you could turn them around you would be a hero and probably hailed as one of the best coaches ever. Face it if someone does turn the Raiders round then they deserve all the praise they would get.

I think the Dolphins job is the best of the bunch. They were really held back this year because of the poor choice of Dante Culpepper rather than Drew Brees at QB, but if they can fix the QB problem then they are ready for the playoffs. Their defense is strong and the offense is really close to success. A few defensive draft picks, a solid free agent QB and they are in deep in the playoffs.
