What can I do with vanilla-infused olive oil?

The grocery store near my house just brought in a line of infused olive oils, and there is one that is a vanilla-infused olive oil. What can this be used for?

That would taste really good on a salad with almonds and grapes! YUMMY.

Also, you could try it with a chicken salad recipe (not the lettuce salad)

substitute in desserts calling for oil.

mix with sea salt or sugar for a homemade body scrub.

use as body oil (apply some right after your shower

while you're still wet paying extra attention to elbows

    and feet then pat dry).

    massage oil.

after all of these great ideas i want some now!!!

I would toss olive oil, pasta of your choice, 1 tsp of lemon zest, salt & pepper, and fresh parmesean cheese. mmmm. Or mix oil with vinegar for an awesome summer salad dressing- fresh greens, orange segments, almonds and red onion.

That's a good question. I just assumed they did that for pregnant ladies with weird cravings and for children who want to gross grownups with the weirdest flavor combinations....
