personally i would get a new microwave. if thats not possible spray the hell out it or put it somewhere its cold for 48 hours. but the longer you take to get rid of the problem they have more than likely multiplied and began to find more homes. it can quickly get out of control.

Listen my parents when I was a kid brought home a refrigerator that was sent off for repairs...it came back with roaches. Once you have roaches in an item you can NEVER get rid of them from the said item. They had to throw away the refridgerator. Roaches have lived for millions of years with their roots being traced back to the dinosaur ages and are very immune to any kind of poison...baits you put out, ect. You can poison them but bam you can never kill them all they go back to reproducing.
My advice and the only option you have is to take out the microwave and throw it away at the local dump and buy a new microwave. I am sorry as this is an expensive option but the roaches will never leave your microwave and the posion will never kill them all allowing them to reproduce and make millions more roaches.

I'm sorry, but I think you need to get a new microwave. Apparently something you put into it - possibly a meal from a restaurant you reheated, has brought them in there. I would get rid of it. They're really not expensive.

I'd go with the answer from Squealy68! You can have a new microwave and get revenge all at the same time!!

I would buy a larger microwave and then place the smaller microwave inside and nuke em.
