Should I switch jobs?
A friend of mine is a property mgr for a dorm hall for Juniors & Seniors only. The pay is only 25k a year and free rent, all utilities paid.
Presently I work for a worldwide shipping company (huge) and I currently make about 40k plus a lot of benefits, free gym, paid tuition, etc. I am still working on getting my BA in Bussiness Admin and I still dont know what I want to do in my career/life.
Which should I take?

Your current job has more stature and would set you off in the right track - it pays well, has benefits(big plus) and you don't deal with the dorm dramas - I'd stick w/your current job, who knows, maybe you can do both. But either way, you don't want to ruin your platform before you really dive into the real world.
