Whats your best sleeping position?

i sleep hugging my wife but i end up on my stomache.

I have both back and knee problems so I usually sleep supine (on my back) with a pillow under my knees and my legs close together.

Also if you want to sleep on your side, place a pillow between your legs.

i put out my hands and sleep kinda flattly OR i sleep on the left or right side.

I sleep on my side, usually in something like the fetal postition.

For me, the most comfy is on my tummy with my head turned to one side.

i sleep on my tummy on the left side of the bed with my hubby on the right side of the bed and i put my right arm on my hubby.

On my left side

I sleep on my Right side! just try what postition works for you

What i would do is on my tummy with hands under my pillow

on my side, in fetal position, wrapped around a fluffy pillow.
