How do you get the 6 pack to show?

I do a million crunches, I exercise all the time, why the hell can't I get a 6 pack?

    You have to lose EVERY LAST BIT of fat. Then it will. But thats really hard to do for most people. And crunches alone will not do it, no matter how many you do. Try adding some intense cardio to your workout. And good luck!

    dude a six pack i so easy to get, doing crunches won't help much, you need a machine to help you, because crunches just do like 50% of the work, go to the gym or buy a AB scissor machine, (really good) and try different positions too crunches it self are not really good, lift up your feet or check sometime in the Internet.

    PS. drink a lot of water and eat healthy !

    Look here, the fallacy of a six pack is not the muscle itself, it's the fatty layer that is covering your stomach. When you do any sort of ab workout, yes you are building muscle, but that muscle is also pushing that layer of fat. To define your six pack, not only are ab workouts important, but you should do cardio exercises, and what's most important; focus on diet and nutrition. I'd be proud of myself if i were you by the way. To be only 15 years old and already have the kind of stomach you describe yourself to have. Keep motivated and determined, and you will achieve success.

    well you need to do a detops first mean cleaning out your system. then drink plenty of water and with all the crunches you do you need to add some running into your excerise and walking and running along is the best form of exercise you can do. then starting eating vegtables, fruit and subway and take a one a day weight smart vitiman.

    stop drinking soda and that mean no diet soda either. cyrstal light have single packet that you can add to your water for a flavor and it sugar free. seek the advice of your doctor before you start any diet.

    try running, it helps you lose fat in all areas and will help your pack show. But you have to keep it up. Dont just quit when you see a little bit.
