No, you'll rot in the ground with everyone else.

Acts 2:34: “David [whom the Bible refers to as being ‘a man agreeable to Jehovah’s heart’] did not ascend to the heavens.”

Matt. 11:11: “Truly I say to you people, Among those born of women there has not been raised up a greater than John the Baptist; but a person that is a lesser one in the kingdom of the heavens is greater than he is.” (So John did not go to heaven when he died.)

Ps. 37:9, 11, 29: “Evildoers themselves will be cut off, but those hoping in Jehovah are the ones that will possess the earth . . . The meek ones themselves will possess the earth, and they will indeed find their exquisite delight in the abundance of peace. The righteous themselves will possess the earth, and they will reside forever upon it.”

    No.

Suppose you're at the beach and you make a nice big fancy sandcastle, complete with moat and turrets and so on. Later, the tide comes in and washes it all away - the sand gets spread around the beach and all trace of your sandcastle disappears.

Where did it go? Well, clearly the castle didn't 'go' anywhere as such - it was a temporary arrangement of grains of sand that went to make up something recognisable to us, and when the sea washed it away, it simply ceased to exist. Another day, someone else might come along and make another castle using some of the same sand that went into your castle, but the one you made is gone and can never exist again.

This is how it is with human beings - we are recognisable to ourselves and others as living organisms, but fundamentally we are temporary constructions of atoms and molecules and will one day simply cease to exist. Just as the sandcastle consists solely of the sand from which it is made, so human beings consist solely of the atoms and molecules of which we are made. When we die, our bodies will be returned to the environment to be incorporated into new living organisms, or to fall as rain, or to make the bedrock of a million years from now. We are ephemeral creatures, a brief pattern of order and complexity imposed on the raw material of the natural world. We should make the most of it, for this is all there is.

You do not Go to Heaven, you Grow to Heaven. How? By each day, step by step, getting closer to God. By doing the best you can each day, by learning to Love God, Love Others and Love Yourself. Practice this each day in every situation and you will get there.

The place to seek Heaven is here and now on Earth. It isn't "found" and it isn't handed to you on a platter. It is created by you. Now. If you can't build a Heaven in life, don't imagine that some welfare department in the sky is going to hand it to you after you die.

Your challenge is to build a "Jerusalem" in your own green and pleasant land. Read William Blake's poem "Milton." Accept his challenge:

Bring me my Bow of burning gold:

Bring me my Arrows of desire:

Bring me my Spear: O clouds unfold!

Bring me my Chariot of fire!

I will not cease from Mental Fight,

Nor shall my Sword sleep in my hand:

    Till we have built Jerusalem,

In England's green & pleasant Land.

When our life ends here we await the Judgment of Christ. HE will make the decision based on what is found in your life. Have you been a faithful Christian? If so, then you should be safe to go. I would be glad to assist in your studies if you are interested in doing so. Have a great day and a wonderful weekend.

    Thank you,

    Eds, Faithful Christian

dont believe that you have to have accepted Jesus as your Lord and savior thats just a bunch of crap to try to make people convert to Christianity, Christianity is not about doing that its just a way to live a good life and do what god wants us to do.

if you were good that = heaven

if you were bad that = hell

Source(s): oh yeah and to that guy up there who said "No...one...knows. Have any of us died and come back to life? No? Only if you've obeyed God's salvation plan and have lived a sanctified life thereafter.

    I don't know about that....

"From dust you are and to dust you will return."

Nothing about going to heaven in that biblical adage.
