My scabby knees keep sticking to the duvet. Any help please

ouch!!!
have you tried covering them with non stick gauze just for the night. it will prevent them sticking to the duvet and hopefully give you some comfort.

FYI scabs will stick to other people but it may be worth a try if all else fails and it may take your mind off them anyway!!

You'll just have to sleep without the duvet I reckon. The air getting to your knees should dry them out quicker, you might be a bit chilly but the nights aren't that cold at the moment.
Or hang your legs out!! Just have the duvet across your torso, not sure really!!!!!

Honey wrap your knees up with gauze. That will still allow your skin what there is to still breath and protect your scabs from sticking to things. Good luck to you. OUCH!
