if you want to control your hunger, use hoodia. it is a natural appetite supressant. I saw an article on today show that was interesting. Apparently bushmen in africa used it for hundreds of years and worked for them.

here is a website i found on google:

Besides the raw fruits and vegetables always good for you(baby carrots especially helpful), there are other things that can be more satisfying. If your consideration isn't just calories or fat alone, I would try toasted almonds as a snack. They're high in protein and the kind of fat that's okay. Just a few can help satisfy the munchies between meals. Whatever you decide on, consider something with some protein because that seems to keep you going longer. More frequent snacks and smaller portions at meal times can keep your metabolism burning throughout the day (and night).

Instead of less hungry, think more full.Any food with a high water content such as fruits or veggies will give the stomach a full feeling, and besides they are very low in calories. If you have to eat on the run, bring sliced veggies in a baggie and munch.Celery, carrots tomatoes, cucumbers, etc.Water, and lots of it will increase your metabolism as well.Think water in all that you put into your body.Nothing lives without water.

If your a fan of fish? Sushi! I love eating it. Its an incredibly quick filler, and its great for you (Because of the fish and ginger) I eat sushi for lunch at least 4 times a week. And its not expensive at all! It can do, dont get my wrong. But any supermarket will sell you aout 6-9 pieces for about 8 bucks. Thats all you need and your good to go! :)

Your abdomen will shrink, it is going to easily take it sluggish. even though it gets extra handy as quickly as you get accustumed to eating much less nutrition. purely would desire to stay clear of snacking. yet another difficulty you're able to do is extra extra healthy nutrition. quite of your doritos, eat a team of mixed fruit or some pretzels. something nonetheless healthful yet which will fill you up extra. The cravings will never fairly pass away, yet after not eating junk nutrition for some months, it may fairly be not elementary to eat returned. I hadn't eaten Burger King in like ten years, I ate it some months in the past and it notably much made me ill. So stick to it! it is going to repay :)

You could, perhaps, try peanut butter. Several of my friends try that as a filling snack and they say a little goes a long way.

Try to avoid sugary foods since they make you hungrier. Also avoid sweet fruits. Grains and wheats will you feel satisfied and full....
