Absolutely normal...enjoy it. During sex, blood flow is redirected to your genitals, which can cause tingling in other parts of your body, as well as tingling and numbness during orgasm. Nothing to worry about. Thank your partner ;)

Any numbness and tingling is a result of lack of blood circulation and can be a sign of fatigue or possible physical ailments.
If you're constantly feeling the numbness/tingling despite switching to positions where it does not put pressure or cut off circulation to specific areas of the body, then it could possible be a sign of a health problem. Feel free to visit your physician if that is the case.

That sounds unusual but it could easily be attributed to the way you are positioned during sex and also the amount of available oxygen you are getting into your blood stream too during intercourse. Try to adjust any pressure you might be putting on your arms by trying different positions or "changing up" and also make sure to have a nicely ventilated space for love-making. Open the window to your room and try to remember to breathe while enjoying yourself. If you are like me you probably enjoy holding your breath to increase your climax, which is fine, just remember to breathe evenly before and after...and keep the air in the room fresh and cool. That's about all the possible reasons I can think of for the experience you are having. If that doesn't help you might want to consult a doctor...it could be something more serious.

Tingling or numbness indicates reduced blood flow to the area. It is pretty normal. Try changing positions!
