Matt is an idiot! Zach is such a whiner! I hate that show!

Sometimes. Of course, not all personalities work well together, so that could be some of it. Another part of it is very likely that TV programs get cut to capture out attention. And getting us to say, "What?! What did he say?I can't believe it!" So some of what we see has to be just forgotten. And the last part I'll mention is that no one is perfect, so we have to let some things go.

Watching the program since it began has taught me that, even if we are annoyed by parts of it, this family has heart.

My kids love that show. I think that Matt is really smart about some things but really clueless about other things. Sometimes he says things that make me cringe.

As for being annoying, yes, at times he sure can be.

Yes, including his own family, his wife and his Dad in particular. I think he knows this but he is who he is, and doesn't really know how to be anything else. Zach, too, but somehow Zach seems to have a handle on his Dad. It's quite remarkable.

I think, just like a lot of dads, he's a typical dad.

He loves his family. He's a pain in the heiney, but they love him.

He's a good guy.

Not really. I always think of Robert DeNiro.....
