why do people yell i brake for animals out their window?

A: They are idiots

B: They probably did something stupid while driving and yell it out to cover up an obvious mistake.

Difficult question here. I sure wish some would be more specific in their questions. Some of us, I am one!, are slow and do not understand a short unclear question.

I don't see where a person would yell this out their window unless they see you not avoid hitting an animal in the road. If you don't avoid hitting an animal in the road that is mean.
