You need to get your wipers fixed, not disable them. It's a safety issue, and you could get a faulty equipment ticket. Not to mention, if it's raining and you cause an accident, and it can be attributed to the fact that you couldn't see because you had no wipers, you'll be dead meat, at least financially. There's probably a connector that plugs into the wiper motor in the engine compartment, which would disconnect the wiper motor. This should be a temp fix only and get the darn wiper switch replaced.

Chances are the wiper switch is in your steering well but not always. Sorry I didnt have the time to look it up online but call anybody at autozone and they will know.
The fuse isnt the best idea to move but might work. I agree with the other person you will have to find the main lead to wipers and cut it. But then I dont know what you will do when it rains.
Its definately your switch, I dont know what it costs for your car but call around. Or you just keep a fuse and when it rains put it back in. There is nothing you can do other then to replace the switch.

You need to get it fixed. What is the problem. You are doing all this work to rig it up and for the same or less work, you could fix it and be done with it. Get the part at a salvage yard if you are low on funds. good luck

unplug the wiper motor under the hood. Its one plug with maybe four wires going to it.
