Make up the soup how it tells you to do it.
Then just use it in the rice instead of water.

Use the same recipe as you would except don't add water the chicken broth will replace the need for water. Then once the rice is almost cooked you can thicken the soup to make the cream part.

If it is a instant rice(long grain), cook the chicken soup as directed and add the long grain rice. Stir it and leave it for few minutes. Sprinkle few tarragon leaves or cilantro to garnish and enjoy.
1 Cup Long grain rice, I can of Chicken Soup, One cup of chopped celery, carrots and broccoli(all vegetables together), add a small can of diced mushrooms with the broth, Garlic and Pepper to taste.
(Optional)2 Chicken breasts Chopped to small pieces, 2 TBsp slivered almonds or other kinds of nuts
1)Pre-heat the Oven to 350'f,
2) Grease the pan(9 x 13)(olive oil is preferable, if not use spray or vegetable oil).
3) Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and spread in the pan evenly.
4) Cover with aluminium foil and cook for One hour or One and A half hour(Depending on how crunchy you want the vegetables).
5) If you want crunchy food, turn off the oven, and remove the foil, and leave the casserole in the oven for 5 more minutes.d
Experiment, improvise and have fun eating delicious, healthy food with family. Hope this helps.

You will not find a answer. But boil rice than drain than add cream of chicken soup. Now if you are baking chicken and want a good broth add a little water and cream of chicken and bake with yours spices and it will make chicken more tender and fall apart. I know I do it.

Did you look on the back of the can of Campbell's Cream of Chicken soup? If not, try there, or look it up on the web. I'm sure you can find it there. Campbell's Soup makes a cookbook filled with many delicious recipes, using many of their soups. You can find it at many of the checkout counters at the grocery store, Wal*Mart, etc.

I think it would be too thick to absorb properly into the rice.
My suggestion would be to cook the rice - using chicken broth or water and when it is done, mix it together with the cream of chicken soup.
